These Terms and Conditions govern your access to this website and any order placed with Arinola Fashion and Beauty (referred to as “Arinola”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Please read them before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied at checkout is accurate, current, and complete.

You must keep any account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the transaction may expose either party to legal or security risk.

We aim to describe and display every product accurately. Colours and textures may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in fabric, print placement, dye, embellishment, or hand-finishing. Minor variations of this kind are not necessarily defects.

Products are subject to availability. We may update, discontinue, or limit quantities of a design at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.

Our size guide is provided as a general reference. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and, for made-to-order or bespoke garments, providing complete and accurate measurements in the format requested.

If a fit issue results from measurements or sizing information you supplied, alteration and delivery costs may be your responsibility. Where a garment does not match the measurements confirmed by us, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Adding an item to your cart or submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order, confirm payment, and begin processing or production.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance due to product availability, pricing or description errors, payment concerns, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil the requested specifications. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

Made-to-order, bespoke, altered, or personalised garments are created specifically for you. Production begins only after the required details and agreed deposit or payment have been received. Quoted production periods are estimates and may change where clarification, fittings, materials, or customer approval are required.

Once production has begun, these orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because you have changed your mind. This restriction does not affect your rights where an item is defective, materially different from the agreed specification, or where another remedy is required by law.

Our standard made-to-order production estimate is 10–14 working days after order confirmation. Production may take longer during sales, high-demand periods, or where fittings, materials, measurements, or approvals remain outstanding. We will communicate a revised estimate if a material delay becomes known to us.

Express production may be available for an additional fee, subject to studio capacity. You must contact us through WhatsApp or another published contact channel before ordering to confirm availability, price, and the expedited timeline. Express service is confirmed only when we agree to it and receive the required full payment. Express delivery, where available, is arranged and charged separately.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Delivery, duties, taxes, alteration fees, and other applicable charges will be disclosed before payment where they can be calculated by us. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or transaction charges.

Payment must be made using an available payment method. For bespoke orders, any agreed balance must be paid before dispatch or collection. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not guarantee that an obvious pricing or technical error will be honoured; if one affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

• Ready-to-wear orders require full payment.
• Wholesale orders require full payment before production begins.
• Bespoke orders require a minimum deposit of 80% before production begins, with the remaining 20% payable before dispatch or collection, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing. You are responsible for supplying a complete delivery address, reachable contact details, and any information reasonably required by the courier or customs authority.

Under normal circumstances, ready-to-wear orders are scheduled for dispatch on the next working day after payment confirmation. During a sale, dispatch may begin after the sale ends and orders may be handled in the order received. A delivery estimate begins when an order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

We will notify you of material delays that become known to us. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, courier disruption, severe weather, or incorrect delivery information, but we will take reasonable steps to assist. Additional charges may apply to redelivery after a failed attempt or an incorrect address.

Please collect or arrange delivery of completed garments promptly. We may store fabric or completed orders for up to three months after notifying you that they are ready. After that period, reasonable storage, handling, or redelivery charges may apply, including a charge of up to 20% of the order value where disclosed to you before it is incurred. We will take reasonable care of stored items, and nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

International customers are responsible for complying with local import rules and paying any customs duty, import tax, brokerage fee, or similar charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs authorities may open or inspect a parcel, and customs delays are outside our direct control.

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its type and processing stage. Ready-to- wear and made-to-order items may have different eligibility because customised production cannot usually be resold.

Any return must follow our published return instructions and be sent in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags and hygiene protection intact where applicable. Items showing wear, scent, damage, washing, or alteration may be rejected to the extent permitted by law. Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the item is incorrect, defective, or the law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5–10 working days. Original delivery fees are refundable only where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

If a garment does not fit because the measurements or UK dress size you supplied were inaccurate, you may be responsible for alteration and delivery costs. If the fit issue was caused by our failure to follow the measurements or specifications we confirmed, we will assess the garment and provide an appropriate alteration or other remedy, including reasonable delivery costs where applicable.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us at info@arinolafb.com with your order details and clear photographs or video, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate it with the courier and production team, but the 48-hour request does not remove a statutory right that remains available after that period.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, alteration, replacement, or refund. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. This section does not limit any statutory guarantee or consumer remedy available to you.

Promotions, discount codes, store credits, and gift offers may have additional conditions and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, transferred, or applied after an order has been placed. If a returned purchase no longer meets a promotion threshold, the refund may reflect the value of the retained items and discount originally applied.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or use its content for unlawful or commercially exploitative purposes. We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions where misuse is reasonably suspected.

The Arinola name, logos, garment designs, photographs, graphics, copy, videos, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Arinola and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping only. No content may be reproduced, adapted, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

We process personal information to operate the website, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Please read our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

Transactional communications about an order are part of the service. Marketing messages are subject to your choices, and you may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message.

We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, defective goods, breach of applicable statutory obligations, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, or business and commercial losses arising from a purchase made primarily for personal use. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside its control. Where such an event affects an accepted order, we will communicate with you, take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, and provide any cancellation or refund remedy required by applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, business, or legal obligations. The version published when your order is accepted generally applies to that purchase. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively where doing so would unlawfully reduce an existing right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This choice does not deprive an international consumer of any mandatory protection available under the law of their usual place of residence.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may use any court, regulator, complaint process, or alternative dispute mechanism available under applicable law.

Our normal operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. West Africa Time, excluding public holidays. We are closed on Sundays.
